What is important to you?
What is most important to you? Your Family? Your Job? Your God? Your friends? Your social status? Whatever it is, we all have things that are important to us. Those things are a bit different for each of us.
For me, it's my family. My family is the most important to me, followed by my relationships. Relationships with family, friends, and acquaintances, carry us through the hard times. They keep us going when things get tough, they give us the strength to stand back up when we fall down.
Relationships take a lot of work. But that work is made a lot easier when they have support. The small businesses that Homemade Blessing supports work hard to provide for their families. The money that they get from the beautiful items that they create go to pay for family outings, clothing, food to eat, activities and every day expenses. Often times, the whole family works together to make these small businesses thrive. They work together, or they give their time to one person who is using their God given skills to make something beautiful for others to enjoy.
Homemade Blessings loves to support these families so that they have time to spend time together doing other things that they love. Working hard allows each of us time to play hard. Making memories is so important. Memories are something that can't be replaced.
None of us are promised tomorrow. We aren't guaranteed to have a big house, or a ivy league child. We aren't promised riches or fame. The only thing that is certain is today, right now.
By supporting Homemade Blessings, you are also choosing to support the families that we support. You are choosing to support relationships. With each item that we sell, it improves our abilities to support our families. For some people, it's a family vacation. For others, it pays for sports or dance. For some, it's a chance to share a hobby. For others, it gives them a chance to live better than paycheck to paycheck. For Homemade Blessings, it's a chance to spend more time together, building and improving our family bonds.
I would like to thank each of you for the support that you give to us. Thank you for your kind words, for building friendships, and for giving us a chance to share our passions, skills, and talents with you.
